Welcome to Arun Creation. Our goal is to provide the best quality products and excellent customer satisfaction. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

The product is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags.
Note: Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless received damaged or incorrect.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please:

Email us at support@aruncreation.in with your order ID and a description of the issue.

Attach clear images of the product if damaged/defective.

Wait for approval and return instructions.
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
3. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected:

We will notify you via email about the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the correct product.
5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement.

Once the product is processed or shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
