Eligibility for Return & Exchange
1. Damaged or Incorrect Products:
If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, you are eligible for a return or exchange.
Uncut opening video proof is mandatory. Please ensure the video begins with the parcel’s label clearly visible for verification.
2. For Quality or Preference Issues:
If you are unhappy with the quality or there is a color difference (10%-15% variation due to digital photography), you can return the product.
In such cases, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
3. Non-Returnable Items:
Products purchased during Sales, Offers, or Seasonal Discounts are strictly non-returnable.
Bulk orders are also non-returnable under any circumstances.
4. Return Timeline:
Returns must be initiated within 2 days of delivery. Parcels sent after 2 days will not be accepted.
How to Return a Product

2. Shipping Details:
Clearly write your full name, address, and contact number in the Sender's Information section.
After dispatching the parcel, share the tracking number and courier slip with us for verification.
Refund or Exchange Process
1. Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If approved, we will bear the return shipping charges (up to ₹80/kg) and send a replacement free of cost.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and verifying the returned product.
2. Quality or Preference Returns:
Refunds for quality or preference-based returns will exclude shipping costs.

Opening Video Proof: A clear video of the unboxing process is mandatory for any claim related to damages or defects.
Shipping Recommendations: We recommend using India Post for returns, as it is cost-effective and widely accessible.
